New Spotlight
In 1971, another 50 issues, with only one cover
featuring international acts (Woodstock). Many covers in 1971 featured bands from the pop
and rock scene such as the Plattermen, Skid Row, and Chips (twice) as the divide
between pop and country bands continued to widen.
