Paddy Brennan Collection
In 1994, Paddy Brennan and the Limerick Rock n' Roll Club
published The Golden Era of Irish Showbands, an excellent collection of
articles, photos and interesting facts that captured the essence of the era.
Sadly, the publication is no longer in print, but we were able to contact Paddy
and get his permission to reproduce many of the photos from that publication
here. Although some are not of the highest quality, this is because we are
working from a copy of the book, as opposed to an original. We appreciate his support and
hope you enjoy sharing this collection.
